We’re proud to be featured in the latest RegioGreenTex newsletter for our work as task leaders of the RGT Digital Tool within the EU-funded RegioGreenTex (RGT) project. Together with partners from across Europe, we’ve been developing tools to support the textile industry’s transition to a more circular, transparent, and connected value chain.
The newsletter highlights the launch of three new developments on the platform including the Waste Solutions Finder, a co-development with RISE and how these tools empower companies to take concrete steps toward sustainable textile practices.

We’re excited to introduce three new tools on the RegioGreenTex (RGT) Digital Platform, developed as part of the European Commission-funded RGT I3 project.
What is the RegioGreenTex Digital Platform?
The RegioGreenTex Digital Platform is designed to connect stakeholders in the textile industry, facilitating matchmaking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration between partners across different regions.
It supports the transition to a transparent and sustainable textile value chain, helping businesses navigate circular economy practices and upcoming waste management regulations.
While the ecosystem functionalities are exclusively available to project partners, the platform also offers valuable insights and tools that are publicly accessible to all.
Explore the new tools
🔹 Self-Assessment Tool (SAT) – Available to everyone, this tool (developed by Euramaterials) helps companies evaluate their circular economy maturity across raw materials, eco-design, production, and transparency.
🔹 Circular Economy Quiz – Open to all users, this interactive quiz (also by Euramaterials) is designed for industry professionals, students, and sustainability enthusiasts to test and expand their knowledge of the textile circular economy.
🔹 Waste Solutions Finder – This tool, created by RISE with support from Ariadne Innovation, builds on the Cisutac Decision Tree to match users with RegioGreenTex partners offering textile waste solutions. A public version is freely available and will continue to expand with more solution providers.
These tools empower businesses and individuals to take action, build stronger regional value chains, and drive the transition to circular textiles.
